The common answer given for why people are not inclined to purchase CBD hemp oil is that it's just not as effective as pot or the whole plant-based CBD. However, is CBD hemp oil as effective as marijuana-based CBD? In recent years there has been much debate surrounding this question. What we know today is that CBD hemp products are just as effective as marijuana in treating certain medical conditions, even without recreational marijuana use.

So if we take a look at the health benefits of CBD, we can see that CBD offers some very strong anti-inflammatory benefits when taken orally. Patients taking oral CBD have reported less pain and discomfort related to muscle spasms, as well as less nausea and vomiting, even in severe cases of nausea and vomiting following chemotherapy. Interestingly, CBD exhibits anti-toxic, anti-malaretic, anti-viral, anti-fungal, and sedative effects in mice models. We also know that CBD can protect brain cells from being damaged by alcohol, in some cases without damaging the mice at all! The compounds found in CBD hemp oil that contribute to its health benefits are believed to have similar properties to the well-known endocannabinoid compounds, THC CBD, which is both found in cannabis.
These studies on the subject of CBD show that CBD has a unique mechanism of action that sets it apart from other pharmaceutical drugs and extracts.

To make matters even more complicated, we know very little about how the body makes CBD and the exact nature of the CBD that our bodies create. Therefore, it's difficult to come up with any kind of dosage or treatment regimen for our body. Nevertheless, CBD can be derived from various hemp sources, including cannabis (both dried and fresh), medicinal herbs, eucalyptus and tree bark, and pollen from hybridized seeds. The highest-quality CBD hemp oil is derived from the top of the green stems and leaves of the Australian Melaleuca alternifolia plant.

So, what does CBD hemp oil contain? It's difficult to imagine there could be any significant medical value in absorbing CBD into the body, as it's not considered a drug at this point. The CBD in hemp is thought to act as an antioxidant, increasing cell proliferation, and preventing the breakdown of healthy tissue. It also has a high THC concentration, which is what doctors believe causes the "high" that marijuana smokers experience. However, a recent study revealed that hemp gummies  may prevent cancerous growths from occurring in human breast cells, even when administered at high doses.

Researchers from the University of California at Riverside did a study on rats that were injected with carcinogenic rat tumors and found that CBD extract reduced the size of the tumors. What's more, the researchers stated that there was no evidence whatsoever that CBD oil products increase the risk of liver disease or cancer in human beings. The study was published in the Journal of Toxicology and Environmental Health. So, while CBD hemp oil products don't carry the same obvious risks as other herbal extracts, they do still pose less of a health risk than other pharmaceutical drugs.

While CBD hemp oil products are probably going to be more prevalent in the future, you can expect to see more CBD marijuana extracts being made available on the market. Most pharmaceutical companies are working on developing prescription pharmaceuticals derived from CBD hemp oil compounds, such as for ADHD. If you have questions about the safety of CBD extracts, or other CBD-based medications, don't hesitate to contact your local doctor or pharmacists. They are usually more knowledgeable about this type of medicine than you are.To get a detailed overview of this topic, see here: https://www.encyclopedia.com/plants-and-animals/plants/plants/hemp.
